State Certified Operator

• Provide an operator certified at the appropriate level for your facility, as required by the Department of Environmental Quality 

Facility Operation & Maintanance

• Provide site visits
• Adjust chemical feed rates
• Collect and record all flows as needed for operational control and reporting
• Develop on-site maintenance program to ensure extended life of equipment
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the sewer collection system
• Provide technical support and general maintenance to operate and maintain your facility and it’s lift stations
• Operate or check the operations of valves, blowers, air compressors, generators, and other equipment

Sampling, Analysis, & Submittal

• Perform all influent and effluent sample collection and analysis as required by your permit
• Perform all laboratory testing as required by the Department of Environmental Quality
• Provide complete QA/QC program to ensure laboratory performance and accuracy
• Prepare and submit all monthly and annual reports to remain compliant with your permit
   

On Call &  Contract Services

• Provide 24 hour emergency response to call outs
• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of contract services if needed.  These services may include bio-solids removal, sanitary sewer cleaning, chemical deliveries, or warranty repairs.
